From Special Reports
Confused about how or when or even why to prune ornamental plants in your garden? Join our February Zoom presentation and learn all the “Reasons Why, When, and How to Prune Common Shrubs and Bushes,” hosted by Coweta County Master Gardener Extension Volunteers.
“Pruning is an art and a science, one of the most important cultural practices for maintaining woody plants,” states Coweta MGEV Allen Summerlin, emphasizing that “knowing how to make the pruning cuts properly is important to the health of the plant, and it’s definitely a science in knowing how and when to prune for maximum benefits.”
