It’s Week No. 9 in the high school football season with three local schools in action.
The three area games will be on Friday night and each will be in Coweta County – Campbell is at East Coweta (5-2), Northside-Columbus visits Northgate (5-2) and Westfield School travels to Heritage School (2-4).
Newnan (3-4), Trinity Christian (5-2) and Central Christian (5-2) have open dates.
The Braves continue play in the National League Division Series tonight, trailing 1-0 in a Best of Five against the Philadelphia Phillies.
