Mr. Personality: December and Downtown Newnan

By Mr. Personality, Newnan’s Goodwill Ambassador
December, the month of Christmas shopping, friends, family, parties and heartfelt sharing.
I hope everyone will have a safe holiday with family and friends. And do keep in mind the true purpose for Christmas is in celebrating the birth of Jesus who died on the cross for our sins.
A shout out to Christy Baucom once more for the great Thanksgiving dinner that was provided at Christy’s Cafe, and yes, I made a pig of myself again.
Be sure to shop local right here on the Courthouse Square. All the shops, unique restaurants and many amazing boutiques that surround the square are indeed ready for you to shop as I write this. No need to push or shove your day along at big box stores when you can enjoy peaceful friendly shopping without the stress here on the square.
Be sure to look for me, Mr. Personality, as I am always looking to give hugs and to converse with everyone that is willing.
The treasure of the month for the Courthouse Square, the best kept secret in all of Georgia, is “Let Them Eat Toffee.” Kerry and Phyllis Graham are busy working day and night preparing tasty treats that are always in big demand at this time of year. Get your order in today.
On Nov. 11 I had the opportunity and pleasure to attend the Wadsworth Theatre to watch “The Lion King Jr.,” courtesy of the Newnan Theatre Company. I truly loved all I saw on stage, everything was simply fantastic: the colorful costumes, the musicals, the acting and the cast. I am so glad I went. The theatre was fully packed, a great turn out yes indeed. A job well done by the Newnan Theatre Company. I can hardly wait to see “A Charlie Brown Christmas” Dec. 13-16, 20-22 at the Newnan Theatre Company, located at 24 First Ave. It will be a great way to spend a date night.
There is so much going on around the Courthouse Square that I do not have enough room in this column to cover it all, so just show up every day and keep checking the events calendar in The Paper. The Paper has all the fun news.
Keep in mind that Deals-4-Dollars has exactly what you need at great prices you can truly afford.
You can return to the Carnegie Library now as they have fully recovered from the making of the movie, “The Banker.” I am grateful for this movie as I met a beautiful spirit that is now on my spiritual love letters list. A friendly young lady by the name of Kelly that does freelance work for movie companies, such a nice lady.
I now have 240 kindred spirits on my spiritual love letters list in which I reach out from my highest-self to the highest self of others to share our joy, divine love and spiritual experiences with each other. Should you like to be on my spiritual love letters mailing list, write to:
