Sports on TV: Braves, Hawks, United games from May 10-16

Three Atlanta professional sports teams will appear on television in the next week (May 10-16).
The Atlanta Braves enter this week’s schedule with a 17-17 record after just coming off a 5-1 week which included a sweep of the Washington Nationals and winning 2 games over the weekend against the Philadelphia Phillies. The Braves are just 1.5 games back of the first-place New York Mets in the Major League Baseball’s National League East Division. Atlanta will open a three-game home set vs. the Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday, then travel to Milwaukee to face the Brewers in another 3-game series on Friday. All 6 games will be televised by Bally Sports South.
The Atlanta Hawks went 2-1 in the past week which included wins over the Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns. The Hawks are currently tied with the Miami Heat for 5th place in the Eastern Conference with a 37-31 record and have secured at least a spot in the NBA Playoff Play-in Tournament with four regular-season games remaining. It’s the first time since 2017 the Hawks will appear in the postseason. Three games this week – Washington (Monday), Orlando (Thursday) and Houston (Sunday) – will be televised by Bally Sports Southeast. ESPN just picked up Wednesday’s game against Washington.
And finally, the Atlanta United hit the pitch once in the upcoming week, at home on Saturday against CF Montreal. United is 1-1-2 overall in Major League Soccer play after a draw on Sunday (May 9) at Inter Miami FC, 1-1. The CF Montreal contest will be televised by Bally Sports Southeast.
