Finally, the 2021 Kiwanis Coweta County Fair is getting a little cooperation from Mother Nature.

Perfect weather is forecast for the final four days of this year’s Fair at the Coweta County Fairgrounds and Conference Center after a week’s worth of rain. The extended forecast through Sunday (last day of the Fair) is sunny and clear with highs during the day in the 70s and lows at night in the 50s.

For the third consecutive night, admission is free thanks to Dr Pepper and Buffalo Rock. Gates open at 5 p.m.

Thursday’s schedule of entertainment, exhibits and competitions are listed below.

5-10 pm – Exhibits on Display – Exhibit Hall

5-10 pm – Animal Exhibits – Ag Building

5 pm – The Wandering Pirate Show – Food Court

6 pm – Youth Pumpkin Decorating Contest – Ag Building and Exhibit Hall

6-9:30 pm – DJ Dance Party & DJ Boots Entertainment – Walker Horne Stage

7 pm – Kiwanis Coweta County Fair Beauty Pageant – Exhibit Hall

7:30 pm – Nightly Parade – Food Court

TBA – Wayne Jenkins Painting Demo – Exhibit Hall

TBA – Moto FreeStyle Show

TBA – Muttville Comix Show – Midway

TBA – Southeastern Reptile Rescue Exhibit – Midway Annex

Fair hours on Thursday are 5 to 11 p.m.  Parking is free.
