Thursday Status Report: Coweta now at 600 COVID-19 Cases

The 3 p.m. Daily Status Report of the COVID-19 pandemic has been issued by the Georgia Department of Public Health for Thursday, June 25.
Today, Coweta County reached a cumulative total of 600 COVID-19 cases with 1 new case and 1 hospitalization. Deaths remain unchanged. It was the first time since last Saturday that Coweta did not have more than 1 new case. The total number of deaths is at 15 and hospitalizations at 56.
Across Georgia today, another day above 1,000 new cases. Georgia posted 1,714 cases in the last 24 hours marking the 6th time in 7 days the state has had at least 1,000 cases in a single day. Also today was 47 deaths, 144 hospitalizations and 16 ICU admits.
The cumulative totals for Georgia – 71,095 cases, 2745 deaths, 10,457 hospitalizations, 2222 ICU admits. Tests given – 904,154.
