Weekend Weather in Coweta: Rain likely Saturday and Sunday

From Staff Reports
The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has not done any favors to folks in Coweta County with this weekend’s forecast.
As earlier this year, it appears Coweta has fallen into the rain on weekends pattern again as a 70% chance is forecast for both Saturday and Sunday. Outdoor plans will need to work around the system moving in from the west which has been in Texas most of the week.
Highs will be 84 today, 80 on Saturday and 75 on Sunday. Low will be in the 60s.
The best day of the weekend will be today. And of course, Monday’s forecast calls for mostly sunny skies and a high near 75 degrees.
