“I am excited about starting a new school year again, and returning to a normal school year that feels fresh and free and exciting,” Said Robin Goad, Coweta’s new School Nutrition Coordinator for the system.

Breakfast and Lunch Prices, Menus

Coweta Schools are committed to providing students with a breakfast and lunch program that meets students’ nutritional needs and prepares students for an academically successful school day.  The school system’s food service program is a self-supporting program, meaning that costs for the cafeterias and meals are covered by the points-of-sale and by federal assistance through the Free and Reduced-Price Lunch program.

Coweta County Schools, like other school systems around the nation, are returning to pre-pandemic meal charges for school lunch and breakfast.  Parents can conveniently use the school system’s online MealPay Plus system to pay for school meals, or they can apply for their child to participate in the federal Free and Reduced Price meal program.

The good news is that Coweta County school breakfast and lunches will be the same price as the pre-pandemic menu: $1.00 for breakfast (for elementary students, middle and high)  $2.80 lunch for elementary, $3.05 for middle and high.

School menus for August can be found here.
