Mr. Personality: Birthday No. 72, 2nd vaccination shot, Book of the Month
By MR. PERSONALITY, Special to The Paper
September, the month of Labor Day, Patriot Day and the first day of Autumn.
On Aug. 5 I had my 72nd birthday that was so amazing that I am still in a state of euphoria as I write this. I received 417 birthday wishes and 499 likes from Chatty Women of Newnan that are indeed, serious fans of Mr. Personality.
I heard that they once ran a woman out of town for saying she did not like Mr. Personality. I truly hope that is just a rumor. After all, Mr. Personality embraces all walks of life with unconditional love.
Once again I am truly impressed with the positive changes that are still taking place on the Courthouse Square. I can hardly keep up with it all.
I am looking forward to my second COVID-19 vaccination now that I have been reassured that none of my body parts will fall off.
I am happy to hear that the children are back in a real classroom environment, as part of their education is to learn how to deal with others on a daily basis.
Since I moved to this wonderful town, I have truly been impressed by the young people I have had the pleasure of meeting, as well as everyone else.
A couple of weeks ago, I told a young five-year-old to have a “good day.” She said she was going to have a Mr. Personality day.
I truly fell in love with this amazing spirit-filled town and all the kind and loving people that live here since I moved nine years ago. I experience a strong positive energy of a spiritual nature everywhere I go.
There are so many talented people everywhere. Be sure to look for them on Market Day, the Fall Art Walk, The Greenville Park Nights as they truly stand out everywhere you go.
My Book of the Month for September is titled “Outwitting the Devil” by Napoleon Hill, written in 1938 and printed some 70 years later in 2011.
The story is Mr. Hill interviewed the Devil and he confessed the way he tricks humans into thinking he has powers over them. Believe me, I truly took notes and I now know that the Devil has no true powers over us except what we freely give away.
Those that can think for themselves, have a definite purpose, choose their thoughts, words and actions carefully, and stay in a positive environment truly have nothing to fear from the Devil.
It was my coming to this positive spirit-filled town that set me free from a lifetime of being a prisoner of the negative forces. I strongly urge people to read this book for themselves.
Until next time,
Peace, love and much respect
