Weather: Cool, sunny today and Saturday, rain moves in Sunday

The first half of the weekend will be better weather-wise than the second half here in Coweta County, says the National Weather Service in Peachtree City.
Plenty of sunshine today and Saturday before a cold front moves through overnight Saturday to bring a 50 percent rain chance. It will be mostly cloudy on Sunday and that 50 percent rain chance remains through the day, dropping to 30 percent on Sunday night.
High temperatures will remain steady – near 53 degrees all weekend. The lows will be 28 overnight Friday, 38 overnight Saturday and 39 Sunday.

FRIDAY – Sunny, with a high near 52. North wind around 5 mph.
FRIDAY NIGHT – Partly cloudy, with a low around 28. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
SATURDAY – Mostly sunny, with a high near 53. East wind around 5 mph.
SATURDAY NIGHT – A 50 percent chance of showers after 2am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 38. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
SUNDAY – A 50 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 53. Calm wind becoming east around 5 mph.
SUNDAY NIGHT – A 30 percent chance of showers, mainly before 8pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39.
