The first type is plenty of clouds and rain on Monday and Tuesday with cooler temperatures. Folks can expect a 70 percent rain chance today with the high falling to around 58 degrees by 5 p.m. And tomorrow and tomorrow night, expect rain chances from 80-100 percent with the high in the 40s.

The second type is sunny and dry which begins on Wednesday. Northwest winds will be at 5-10 mph, gusting to 15 which will keep the high in the upper 50s.

Thursday and Friday will be mostly sunny and clear with highs in the low 60s and overnight lows in the 30s.
