Weather Week in Coweta: Mostly dry and mild

After a brief period of sprinkles on Monday morning, the National Weather Service in Peachtree City says to expect mild temperatures with no rain chances until Friday.
Highs will start at 46 on Monday, then gradually warming to 61 on Thursday before a 50 percent rain chance moves in Friday and drops high temps into the 50s. Overnight lows early in the week will range from 30 to 35 degrees.

MONDAY – Scattered sprinkles before 11am. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 46. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
MONDAY NIGHT – Mostly clear, with a low around 30. Northwest wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.
TUESDAY – Mostly sunny, with a high near 50. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
TUESDAY NIGHT – Partly cloudy, with a low around 35. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
WEDNESDAY – Sunny, with a high near 58. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.
THURSDAY – Sunny, with a high near 61.
FRIDAY – A slight chance of light rain before 8am, then a chance of showers after 8am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 57. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
