Weather Week in Coweta: Rain associated with Tropical Storm Zeta moves in mid-week

From Staff Reports
This work week will likely have mostly cloudy skies and rain associated with now-Tropical Storm Zeta moving in mid-week, says the National Weather Service in Peachtree City.
Patchy fog both Monday and Tuesday are forecast with mostly cloudy to partly sunny skies. Highs will be 73 on Monday and 77 on Tuesday. Overnight lows in the 60s.
Rain chances increase to 50 percent on Wednesday and then to 90 percent Thursday as Zeta will likely develop into a Category 1 hurricane and make landfall on the Gulf Coast. Its outer bands will bring moisture out of the Gulf into the Coweta area. Highs will be 74 and 76, Wednesday and Thursday.
And finally Friday, a cold front moves the rain out and sunny skies return with much cooler temperatures. The high on Friday will be 67 and overnight low will be 47.
