From Staff Reports

The weekend is here and again, the National Weather folks in Peachtree City have forecast that little four-letter word – rain.

Rain chances begin tonight at 20%, reach 60% Saturday night, and then are at 50% on Sunday. Another strong storm system is set to bring with it a possibility of severe weather overnight Saturday.

The National Weather Service doesn’t think this system will be as severe as last weekend’s which brought deadly tornadoes to the area. But, that could change the closer the system gets to Georgia.

The high temperatures will be mild and in the 60s, with lows in the 50s.
