Summer NewnaNights concludes tonight with JoeJack Band

From Special Reports
Main Street Newnan ends its Summer NewnaNights concert series tonight at Greenville Street Park with music from The JoeJack Band.
This free event will be held from 6-9 p.m. Food trucks will be on site to purchase food, as well as a small artisan market. Some downtown businesses will stay open late during the series to feature specials and promotions for shoppers and guests. This is also an open container event.
Weather is always important for outside events and the National Weather Service forecast calls for a 20 percent chance of a shower or thunderstorm after 3 p.m. with a high around 90 degrees at the concert’s start.
The JoeJack Band is a two piece Rockabilly and Traditional Country outfit out of Phenix City, Ala. This Rock and Roll duo puts on a high energy show with the sounds of the pioneers of Rockabilly (Elivis Presley, Carl Perkins, and Roy Orbison to name a few). Then JoeJack soothes your “Honky Tonk Blues” with the songs of Hank Williams and the Drifting Cowboys Band and will pick you right back up with the steady like a locomotive rhythm of Johnny Cash and the Tennessee Two.
Free parking is available along downtown streets, and in the City of Newnan’s public parking lots, located at: 13 LaGrange Street, 25 LaGrange Street, 22 Spring Street, 6 First Avenue, 50 East Broad Street, 65 East Broad Street, 41 East Washington Street and 22 East Broad Street.
