Featured Band – The Line Creek Bluegrass Band
Our featured band this month is The Line Creek Bluegrass Band!
The Line Creek Bluegrass Band is based in Coweta County and has been entertaining folks in the Southeast for more than 12 years. With a repertoire of traditional bluegrass, gospel, newgrass, and originals, they make everyone feel welcome. You might hear a modern worship song “grassified” or a Bill Monroe or Celtic fiddle tune.
The band’s home base is Newnan/Sharpsburg and they are delighted to announce an event in the basement of the Redneck Gourmet on the Square in Newnan on Saturday, July 9 at 7 pm. This venue has a down home, folky ambience and will allow the listeners to be up close and personal and interact with the band. Come early and grab a bite to eat in the restaurant upstairs.
