UPDATE – Wednesday’s 7 p.m. Report: Coweta at 168 cases, Georgia tops 21,000
UPDATE (7 p.m.) – Today’s second Daily Status Report has been issued by the Georgia Department of Public Health for Wednesday, April 22.
This report indicates 21,102 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Georgia (an increase of 362 from today’s noon report) and 846 deaths (an increase of 10 from earlier today).
In Coweta County, the number of confirmed cases remained unchanged from earlier today at 168 and 4 deaths also remain unchanged.
Adding the totals for today (Wednesday) only, there’s 936 new cases (169 more than Tuesday), 28 deaths (15 less than Tuesday) and 133 people hospitalized (49 less than Tuesday) in Georgia since last night’s report.
