Weather: High temperatures in the 80s return to Coweta

An early summer preview is in the forecast this week for Coweta County, according to the National Weather Service in Peachtree City.
The NWS forecast calls for high temperatures to reach 80 degrees for four days this work week – beginning today with a high near 80, then 83 on Tuesday and Wednesday and 84 on Thursday. Rain enters the forecast on Thursday night.
Overnight lows will be 53 tonight, then in the low 60s the remainder of the week.
A 50 percent rain chance is forecast for Friday with a high of 77, and drops to only 30 percent on Saturday with a high near 75.
