Wind Advisory, Freeze Warning issued for Coweta County

The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has issued a pair of Weather Advisories for Coweta County beginning today.
A Wind Advisory will go into effect at 10 a.m. today and end at 7 p.m. later this evening. Northwest winds are expected to be 15 to 25 mph, with gusts up to 35. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could also be blown down a few power outages are possible.
The Freeze Warning begins at midnight and ends at 10 a.m. on Friday. Clear conditions tonight will allow the low to dip to 30 degrees. Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.

TODAY – Sunny, with a high near 51. Northwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
TONIGHT – Clear, with a low around 30. North wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
