The 3 p.m. Daily Status Report of the COVID-19 pandemic has been issued by the Georgia Department of Public Health for Sunday, June 21.
Coweta County rose by 5 new cases today with no changes in deaths and hospitalizations. The overall cumulative totals for Coweta stand at 550 cases, 14 deaths and 54 hospitalizations.
Georgia had 892 new cases of COVID-19 today, including only 1 death, 27 hospitalizations and 4 admitted to ICU. In the past 2 days (Saturday and Sunday), Georgia has seen 2,692 new cases, 7 deaths, 92 hospitalizations and 22 ICU admits.
Overall in Georgia, there are 64,701 cases, 2643 deaths, 9864 hospitalizations and 2144 ICU admits. A total of 839,001 tests have been given.
