UPDATE (7 p.m.) – Today’s second Daily Status Report has been issued by the Georgia Department of Public Health for Monday, April 20.
This report indicates 19,399 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Georgia (an increase of 452 from today’s noon report) and 775 deaths (an increase of 42 from earlier today).
In Coweta County, the number of confirmed cases rose to 169 (an increase of 1 from earlier today) and 4 deaths (an increase of 1 from earlier today). The deaths in Coweta … a 58 year-old female, 42 year-old female, 84 year-old female and 77 year-old male.
Adding the totals for today (Monday) only, there’s 1,242 new cases, 94 deaths and 277 people hospitalized in Georgia since last night’s report. Coweta County has seen an increase in 5 new cases and 1 death in the past 24 hours.
