Weather: Cool, dry work week ahead for Coweta

Coweta County residents can expect a mild and cool work week with no precipitation in the five-day extended forecast, says the National Weather Service in Peachtree City.
After a rainy Sunday, clear and sunny skies will make up most of the week starting with a high of 50 today, but a North wind at 10 mph, gusting to 15 will make it feel much cooler. The overnight low drops to 27.
It’s the same pattern through Friday with daily highs near 50 degrees and lows around the freezing mark.
The first mention of rain enters Saturday’s forecast with a 50 percent chance and a high of 56.
